The phone rings while you're on the roof. We pick it up.
Bilingual (English / Spanish) AI lead qualification and missed-call recovery, purpose-built for roofing contractors in Texas, Florida and California. Every web form, missed call and after-hours voicemail scored and answered in under sixty seconds. Live in seven business days. Month-to-month, seven days notice.
The phone rang at 2:47 PM Tuesday. By 3:15 PM the homeowner had a quote from your competitor.
Twenty-seven percent of calls to home-service businesses go unanswered. On an $11,500 average roof replacement, every missed call between 4 and 7 PM is roughly $300–$1,200 in lost revenue. LeadFlow AI picks up the missed call, scores the lead, and sends an SMS to the owner inside sixty seconds, day or night, in English or Spanish.
Missed-call recovery, day and night
Webhook from your phone system captures every missed call and after-hours voicemail. Claude scores the lead on roofing-specific signals: leak, storm damage, replacement, insurance claim, square footage, commercial vs residential.
First-responder advantage, systemized
Seventy-eight percent of customers hire the first contractor that responds. We make under sixty seconds the ceiling, not the floor — SMS to the owner, Gmail draft ready, in the homeowner's language.
Native to HousecallPro, JobNimbus, AccuLynx
Lead Engine syncs the qualified lead directly into the CRM you already run. We do not replace your dispatcher or your job-tracking workflow. We answer the calls you cannot reach from the roof.
Forty-one percent of Texas. Twenty-eight percent of Florida. Thirty-nine percent of California. Hablan español en casa.
If half your homeowners speak Spanish at home and your intake form is English-only, you are leaving roughly half of your local TAM on the table every month. LeadFlow AI replies natively in either language — not Google-Translate output, but Claude-generated copy a native speaker reads as written by a person. Roofing vocabulary, insurance vocabulary, storm-damage vocabulary, all of it.
Language detection on the way in
The system reads the inbound — voicemail transcript, web form, SMS — and replies in the homeowner's language automatically. No checkbox, no manual flag, no “press 2 for Spanish.”
Native, not translated
Spanish replies are generated from scratch in Spanish. They use the right words for “leak,” “shingle,” “insurance claim,” “adjuster.” A homeowner reads it and trusts that a person is on the other end.
One inbox, two languages, your owner
The owner SMS arrives in your language. The homeowner reply goes out in theirs. You do not learn Spanish to capture the lead, and you do not need to hire a bilingual front-desk to win the appointment.
Four steps. Every one on a clock.
A lead hits your form. Under a minute later, the right person has the right context, or the lead has already been handled. Everything timestamped, everything loggable.
What is your inbound lag costing you this month?
Three inputs. Real math. We will not pretend the answer is tiny. Sliders update the ledger in real time — the figure your bookkeeper would need to pull from a spreadsheet takes two seconds here. Defaults pre-loaded for a typical TX/FL/CA roofing contractor.
Your inputs
Adjust to match your current inbound. Numbers update live on the right.
Lead-loss model uses the Harvard Business Review response-time curve (Oldroyd, McElheran, Elkington, 2011) calibrated to roofing close rates from HousecallPro 2025 industry benchmarks. Treat as an order-of-magnitude figure. Your mileage will vary within one order of magnitude, not three.
Same category. One fifth of the cumulative cost.
Cumulative spend over 24 months — LeadFlow AI, Conversica, and hiring one bilingual after-hours dispatcher in-house. Conversica sits at the enterprise end of the same category; an in-house dispatcher is what most roofing shops weigh as the alternative. The gap is not close.
Cumulative spend · Month 1 to Month 24
Conversica figures based on publicly reported estimates from G2 and TrustRadius, April 2026. In-house bilingual dispatcher assumes $5,000/month fully loaded per Bureau of Labor Statistics median dispatcher compensation in TX/FL/CA plus US employer overhead, single shift. Figures rounded for chart clarity.
Your data stays where it already lives.
LeadFlow AI runs on top of your Google Workspace and your CRM. We operate the workflow. We do not custody your pipeline. Relevant clauses from the standard DPA, excerpted.
Data residency
Inbound lead records remain in Client's Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail) and Client's CRM instance throughout. LeadFlow AI maintains no parallel store of Client contacts or deal records. Client retains sole custody of the ledger of record at all times.
Credential handling
API credentials are held in encrypted secrets, scoped per workflow, rotated on request within one business day. No credential is retained in plain text at any layer. Client may revoke any credential without notice; the workflow halts, no export is required.
Compliance posture
HIPAA Business Associate Agreement available on request for qualifying healthcare-adjacent Clients. SOC 2 Type I engagement planned for completion Q4 2026. Current posture documented transparently; no compliance is claimed beyond what is signed.
Termination & export
Client may terminate with seven calendar days written notice. No long-term commitment, no minimum term, no termination fee. Full ledger export provided on request. Client retains the Google Sheets ledger regardless of service status.
Two tiers. One honest setup fee.
Every plan includes Claude-powered scoring with roofing vocabulary, bilingual EN/ES replies, SMS-to-owner on hot leads, and the twenty-two column Google Sheets ledger. The difference is lead sources covered, CRM sync, and optimization cadence.

Why this exists, specifically.
I built LeadFlow AI after spending eighteen months watching roofing contractors in Texas and Florida lose jobs they should have won — not because they were the wrong shop, but because the call came in at 4:47 PM on a Wednesday and the crew was on a roof in Plano with no signal.
Twenty-seven percent of calls to home-service businesses go unanswered. Seventy-eight percent of homeowners hire the first contractor that responds. Roughly forty percent of homeowners in the Texas, Florida and California markets I targeted speak Spanish at home. The technology to answer every one of those calls in under sixty seconds, in either language, already existed. No one had wrapped it for a $250k–$2M roofing shop at a price that did not require a procurement review. So I did.
My background is five years in data and analytics at mid and large tech and biotech companies. That work taught me one thing clearly: pipeline problems are almost never pipeline problems. They are routing problems, response-time problems, and language problems, and they compound silently until a job you should have won is already on someone else's truck.
LeadFlow AI is the system I wish that Plano contractor had on the day they lost the $14,000 storm-damage replacement to the competitor down the road. The ICP is deliberately narrow: roofing contractors in Texas, Florida and California, doing $250,000 to $2,000,000 in annual revenue, with at least one Spanish-speaking neighborhood in their service area. If that is the shape of your business, we should talk.
Clear answers, no ambiguity.
Seven business days from kickoff to live. Day one is discovery and roofing-vocabulary weighting (storm vs leak vs replacement vs commercial). Day three is a staging pipeline with your phone-system webhook and web form. Day five is dry runs on real missed calls and after-hours voicemails, in English and Spanish. Day seven is cutover. If we miss that window, the $499 setup fee waives.
No. LeadFlow AI sits in front of your CRM, not on top of it. We capture the missed call or web form, score it, send the SMS to the owner, and then create the contact (and an attached lead note with score, language, and routing decision) in HousecallPro / JobNimbus / AccuLynx automatically. Your dispatcher and your job-tracking workflow do not change. We answer the calls you cannot reach from the roof.
Spanish replies are generated from scratch in Spanish by Claude, not run through Google Translate. The system uses the right vocabulary for “leak” (gotera), “shingle” (teja), “insurance claim” (reclamo de seguro), and “adjuster” (ajustador). I tested every template with native speakers in Houston, Miami and Anaheim before shipping. The owner SMS lands in your language; the homeowner reply goes out in theirs.
Not yet. The scoring model, vocabulary, and operational defaults are purpose-built for roofing in those three states — storm-damage signals, insurance-claim language, and the specific Spanish dialect mix in those markets. Narrowness is the product. If you are an HVAC, plumbing or solar shop in the same geographies, talk to us anyway. We will tell you honestly whether it fits.
The full system runs on your live missed calls and web forms for fourteen days or ten qualified leads, whichever lands first. You pay the one-time $499 setup. The monthly retainer does not invoice until the trial clears. Cancel anytime with seven days notice.
An answering service takes a message. We score the lead on roofing-specific signals (leak, storm, replacement, insurance, square footage, geography), decide if it is hot / warm / cold, send an SMS directly to you with a one-line summary in your language, and create a draft reply to the homeowner in their language — all under sixty seconds, including 2 AM Saturday. Answering services do not score, do not detect language, and do not write the reply.
Lead Pulse includes two adjustments per month. Lead Engine includes four. Adjustments are scoring weight changes, new trigger phrases (e.g. “hail damage” weighted higher in March/April), new geographic boundaries, and copy/template changes. Most contractors use one or two per month.
You do, entirely. The Google Sheets ledger lives in your Workspace. If you cancel, you keep it. We hold no copy of your pipeline on our infrastructure. See DPA Clause 4.1 above.
